  • At this time, Attire On Fire ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Attire On Fire ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Attire On Fire charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

  • Return Policy

    We only accept refunds and exchanges for items that arrive not as described in our description or defective on arrival. If a refund/exchange is needed please contact us to obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before returning the item. Any item returned without a RMA number will not be credited or exchanged. All returned items will be inspected before a return is issued and may take up to 7-10 days after receipt of the returned item. Paypal is the method of payment. In the case you do not have a Paypal account,  you can pay with your card through Paypal. Make sure your Paypal address is updated, confirmed, and verified. We are not responsible for packages lost due to customer address errors. After agreeing to purchase item, be sure to make payment within 7 days or we will be forced to open a unpaid item dispute case.

    All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

    Merchandise must be in unused, original condition, in its original packaging with all packing materials, and instructions present, and with warranty documentation uncompleted within 7 days.

    We reserve the right to refuse or partially refund in cases where the merchandise does not meet these criteria.


    Your business is very important to us. If you are not satisfied for any reason with any item, please contact to return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Attire On Fire is not liable for returns received after 7 days. Returns processing may take up for 10 business days. Refunds will be granted for the price of the merchandise, but exclude the cost of shipping the product to you.

    In-stock items:
    Most orders for in-stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your in-stock item will be shipped once the item is located, your payment is approved and the receiving address is verified.

    Backordered Items:
    Backordered items are items that are not yet in stock, but available for advanced purchase on our site. A backordered item is shipped directly to you once it is in stock. You will be notified of the status of your backordered item via email. Expected shipment time is indicated on the product detail page. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change. 


    Usage by Minors:
    Attire On Fire cannot prohibit minors from visiting the Web Sites. AttireOnFire.com must rely on parents, guardians and those responsible for supervising minors to decide which materials are appropriate for such children to view.
