We only accept refunds and exchanges for items that arrive not as described in our description or defective on arrival. Merchandise must be in unused, original condition, in its original packaging with all packing materials, and instructions present within 7 days. Attire On Fire is not liable for returns received after 7 days. If a refund/exchange is needed please contact us to obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before returning the item. Any item returned without a RMA number will not be refunded or exchanged. All returned items will be inspected before a return is issued and may take up to 7-10 days after receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be granted for the price of the merchandise, but exclude the cost of shipping the product to you. Paypal is the method of payment. In the case you do not have a Paypal account, you can pay with your card through Paypal. Make sure your Paypal address is updated, confirmed, and verified. We are not responsible for packages lost due to customer address errors. We reserve the right to refuse or partially refund in cases where the merchandise does not meet these criteria.
Do you have all the items in stock?
Yes, we have all the items listed on our website in stock and they are ready to ship. Sometimes, there are overwhelming amount of orders where we do not have enough of stock to fulfill all the orders. In this case, we will fulfill orders in the order we received. Any of the goods that are missing from your order will be notified immediately.
How can I cancel my order?
We are so sorry to hear that you want to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. For orders that have already shipped out, we are unable to cancel your order.

Do you hold any items?
No we do not. It is a first come, first served basis. If we sell out of the item, we are more than likely to restock. Please contact with SKU number in subject to see what the expected arrival date is for item you're inquiring for.
Has my order been shipped?
As soon as order is shipped out, you will be emailed with tracking number that you can track it online.
What happens when an item is out of stock?
Oh no! That awesome thing you really need is all sold out! Fear not, friends. We’ll get it ordered from our vendor and ship it to you as soon as it comes in. AOF has great relationships with all our vendors. So if what you ordered can be gotten, we’ll go get it for you.
